Your V29 (European Version) should support eSIM
Let's ensure it's not restricted to any specific carrier or network.
- Open the Settings on your Vivo device.
- Look for the "SIM & Network" or "Mobile Network" option and tap on it.
- Depending on your device model, you might see an option directly mentioning "eSIM" or "Manage eSIM". If so, tap on that option.
- If there's no dedicated eSIM option, look for settings related to SIM cards. It might be called "SIM Cards & Cellular Network" or similar.
If you see an option to "Add eSIM" or "Download eSIM profile", then your device is likely unlocked for eSIM.
If you don't see any eSIM related options, then your device might not be unlocked for eSIM.
Please note, certain carriers may have policies preventing unlocking within the initial six months of use.
*eSIM availability may vary depending on country/region and carrier.
- Devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM functionality.
- Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your vivo device is eSIM-capable.
