Let's ensure it's not restricted to any specific carrier or network.
- Open the Settings on your Motorola device.
- Navigate to "Internet & Networks" or "Network & internet" (depending on your model).
- Tap on "Mobile Network".
- Look for an option called "Advanced" or "Carrier".
If you see an option named "Add Carrier", your device is likely unlocked for eSIM.
Please note, certain carriers may have policies preventing unlocking within the initial six months of use.
*eSIM support is only available in certain regions.
- Devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM functionality.
- Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm that your Motorola device is eSIM-capable.
